Is it your Dogs birthday? Don't forget the cake! Yes thats right, Dogs can have cakes too!! Here we have a few really tasty cake recipes your Dog or Puppy will love you for.

Roast Beef Cake

1 cup of leftover roast beef juice (can substitue beef stock/disolved boullion)
2 eggs
3 Tbsp. milk
1 1/2 cups flour
1 Tbsp. baking powder
1 cup puffed wheat (the cereal, but not sweetened)

Mix all ingredients EXCEPT the puffed wheat. Once ingredients are thoroughly mixed, stir in the puffed wheat (like chocolate chips). Put into a greased 9x13 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 18-25 mins.

Buttermilk Beef Cake

2 cups flour
1 Tbsp. baking powder
1/2 cup buttermilk
1 egg
1 4oz. jar of beef and carrots baby food
1 cube of beef boullion dissolved in 4 oz. hot water

Mix flour and baking powder in a bowl. Add buttermilk, egg, and baby food. Mix well by hand. Add dissolved boullion. Place in a greased and floured 8x8 or 9x9 pan. Bake at 350 for 30-45 mins.

Delicious Dog Frosting

Half a small box of cream cheese
1/2 cup of peanut butter
3 Tbsp. Honey

Mix all ingredients. Frost cake. -- This frosting is quite delicious to humans, too. You can adjust the ingrdient amounts to your liking-- more cream cheese=smoother
